Dmitry Dolgorukov is a fintech entrepreneur and industry expert with over 12 years of hands-on experience in lending technology, credit risk, and financial software.
He co-founded HES FinTech in 2012, where he continues to define product strategy and long-term vision. His expertise spans the full lending lifecycle — from loan origination and underwriting automation to portfolio management and regulatory compliance — giving him a deep understanding of how financial institutions operate at every scale, from regional banks to global lenders across all continents.
Dmitry holds a Master's Degree in International Economics and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the UK's Chartered Institute of Marketing.
