We're hiring an Account Manager to help us build the future of iGaming.

Requirements

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage
effectively.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our
games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases
and updates.
Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance
challenges.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client
communication.
Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such
as Freebets and Rain promotions.
Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless
collaboration.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear
communication and reliable service delivery.
Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game-
development team.
Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement.
Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site
support.
